Christian Stewardship
“The free and joyous activity of the child of God and God’s family, the church, in managing all of life and life’s resources for God’s purposes”
— LCMS Convention definition (Adopted 1998)
Christian stewardship is a vital aspect of the lived out faith of the Christian. It involves not only the proper use of money, but also of every gift that the Lord has given to us, including our own lives. It also involves the proper understanding of Vocation (where God has called us in this life) and the 3 Estates (the Church, Home, and Society). Below you’ll find a variety of resources to help understand how to be a Generous and Faithful steward of God’s gifts.
